Merge House and Apartment
#11
Could also make apartments cost 1 textile per home. Since all buildings seem to now cost the same materials, there isn't much progression in the city construction.

Starting out with only small houses, that are restricted to only have low number of homes, and than getting apartments with unlimited number of homes once you have textiles seem like a nice way of progressing your civilization.

I think it should be with the amount of m2 per bed. Also if you put a bet in let say a machine shop it should be counting regardless of the room size.

Another random idea. Instead of small/medium/large homes, we could instead just base it on the type of building.
Homes in a not in a house/apartment/farm building could count as "cramped homes", since they are cramped into factories or other non-residential buildings.
Then you could have homes in your factories at a cost, and will need homes in real residential buildings to outweigh the cramped homes.

Mainly thinking this because there right now is no need to ever use the actual residential buildings, sticking all your homes into factories is just too good.
